Established in the year 1998 by Pujya Swami Dayananda
Saraswati, this educational and training institution with a special
focus on mentally challenged children is being managed by the Dayananda-B.D.Goenka
Trust. With a highly motivated and committed team of qualified and
experienced professionals, KRUPA has been taking care of mentally
challenged children on a full-time basis since 1998.
Philosophy and Approach:
As a human being, one is born in
this world where everything is already given. The human body, the
sense organs, the environment conducive for growth, and so on, all
these are given. One does not have a choice here. And being born
as such, with everything required for leading a normal life, one
is indeed a fortunate human being. But, not everyone is fortunate.
Being physically or mentally challenged is shattering. Krupa, a
residential care for persons with developmental disabilities and
mental retardation has been set up to provide to a certain extent,
what was not given to them
Our Future Plans:
· To take care of more number of childern with mental and physical
disabilities.
· To open a day school for children in and around the surrounding
Villages.
· To provide quality health care in collaboration with experts and
professionals in the medical field.

· Society has recognised the need to help mentally challenged children
to grow into self-dependant individuals.
· Through sustained efforts of Krupa-like organisations, large number
of mentally challenged children would be rehabilitated.
